Synthetic Teak Deck Repair – 39 Wesmac Lobster Yacht

The original decking caulk had started to deteriorate and break into small pieces. The solution was to completely remove all the old caulk and re-caulk. This required completely cleaning out the old seams to ensure a good bond. An intense amount of taping was required since this was a synthetic teak that is best not sanded. This repair was a great success and should provide years of maintenance free use.
