Phase #1 Shower Rebuild

A faulty sliding window had allowed rain water to cause significant rot damage to the shower walls and floor.  All rot was cut out of the shower and surrounding areas.  New marine grade ply and solid mahogany were shaped to fit and installed with epoxy resin. Fiberglass panels that closely resembled the originals were installed over the plywood the shower walls.  A new solid glass window was fabricated to preserve the size and aesthetics of the original.  New mahogany trim pieces were shaped and coated with clear epoxy resin for protection.
